ANIMALS A Santa Fe Photo Workshops Contest {Claire}

It is estimated that 8.7 million species inhabit our planet. From wild to domesticated, cuddly to fearsome, they fascinate us, and we express our interactions with them, and interpretations of them, in color and in black-and-white, using tools that range from digital and film cameras to alternative processes, to iPhones.

Santa Fe Photo Workshops ANIMALS contest is an opportunity to review your photography, then join an international community of photographers and share your images with distinguished judges: Crista Dix, Founder and Director, Wall Space Gallery; Elizabeth Cheng Krist, Senior Photo Editor, National Geographic; Ian Shive, Photographer, Founder/CEO, Tandem Stills + Motion, Inc; and Reid Callanan, Director, Santa Fe Photographic Workshops.

Santa Fe Photo Workshops is grateful to our educational partners and sponsors who have contributed to an impressive prize list with a total value of over $14,000. The prizes are great, with free workshops and products from Nikon, Epson, Hasselblad Bron Incorporated, Wacom, Lensbaby, Chimera Lighting, Sekonic, MAC Group, Think Tank Photo, Dynalite, Manfrotto, Calumet Photographic, Lumiquest, SanDisk, photo-eye, Center, Eyeist, and National Geographic. The 50 winning images are featured in The Workshops online gallery, and the four winning images will be printed on the Epson printers in our state-of-the art digital lab and displayed in our on-campus Epson Gallery.
