The Springfield Regional Arts Council announces a Call for Artists to participate in the 3rd annual “Hearts for the Arts”, a fundraising exhibition and silent auction of heart-themed works from January 14 – February 4, 2011 at The Creamery Arts Center, with all proceeds benefitting the Arts Council’s arts education programming.
