Images of Aging Juried Art Exhibition Youngstown State University / Deadline: 02/11/12We are looking for artwork with the theme of "Images of Aging." Any artistic media are acceptable. Examples may include photography, painting, sculpture, and graphic design, among others. Successful submissions will involve images of aging that avoid stereotypes and embody what the artist thinks of as an image or images of aging.LocationArtwork will be displayed at the Ohio Association for Gerontology and Education conference held on April 20, 2012 at the Williamson College of Business on the campus of Youngstown State University.FeesfreeEligibilitySubmissions are welcomed from students, faculty and professionals to create many perspectives on the theme. Any artistic media are acceptable. Digital files of the work must be submitted by February 11, 2012. Notification of acceptance will be sent out by March 1, 2012. Exhibitors are expected to register for the conference by March 30, 2012.RequirementsOnly digital files are accepted. All digital images should be jpegs only, 72 ppi, image width not to exceed 1280 pixels on the longest side. Files should be titled as follows: LastName_FirstName_1Title.jpg.
