WINNING PHOTOS will be published in the May 2014 issue of Photographer’s Forum Magazine. All contest finalists will be published in the hardcover book Best of College and High School Photography 2014.

Early Entry :: by October 14, 2013 :: $4.95
Early entry fee is $4.95 per photo (uploaded or postmarked on or before October 14, 2013).

Final Entry :: by November 18, 2013 :: $5.95
Final entry fee is $5.95 per photo entered (all entries must be uploaded or postmarked on or before November 18, 2013).

No Limit to Quantity of Entries.

• Subject matter is open
• Finalists notified by January 24, 2014
• Winners notified by February 10, 2014
